Information wanted about Ensign (India) Private Limited

A company called Ensign (India) Private Limited in Delhi was producing Ensign cameras in India for a time. Does anyone have any information about this company? Above is an Enstar 16-20 produced by them.

Another camera produced by them was the Fulvueflex.

I am writing a book with two other researchers and we would welcome any information about this company.
